Incredible stay at 11 Mirrors. The Premium Room offered stunning views, truly a highlight during my trip. Exceptional attention to detail throughout the room added a touch of luxury. The staff impressed me with their responsiveness. they remembered my special requests and consistently went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Dining at the rooftop restaurant was a treat. the menu boasts a fantastic variety, and I particularly enjoyed the seabass. I experienced a minor inconvenience during checkout when the reception sent staff to inspect the minibar despite my provided note about what I consumed. It felt unnecessary in such a high-end hotel. Nonetheless, the overall vibe was welcoming, making it easy to feel at home in Kyiv.

Couple friendly recommendations
Had a really warm welcome from the staff! they even gave me an upgrade which was unexpected but great. The room was spacious with a fantastic view and the minibar was stocked with high-quality drinks. I spent time at the rooftop for breakfast, great coffee and fresh juices to start my day, truly a highlight.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but it was worth every penny.
