The hotel's central location near restaurants and tourist sites was ideal. the inclusion of fridges and glassware in the guest room was a nice touch. - the bed was comfy and the bathroom had a beautiful marble design.

Our superior queen room was brand-new with comfy beds, great shower, as for instance. The location was perfect, next to attractions and restaurants, the restaurant which was beautifully decorated, and London:)))

Very solid experience -- staff, room, food, location, the whole thing. Upgraded web and quiet street view room. Welcome champagne. Warm welcome and great stay for my birthday. Clean and organized room. Fast and high-quality food service. Best hotel living experience. Sexy lobby, cool restaurant, and attentive doormen.

TOP value for money. TOP service from the staff. Very nice design and cosy atmosphere. Rooms look like a Suite...Close to the main street in KIev. Great area around: Opera at the next block, main street at 5 mn walk, restaurants...This hotel is definitely in the TOP 2 in Kiev competing with the Hayatt hotel in all aspects, but with a better price...and the staff is really helpful and with a real customer service.
